Our company casts copper wire rods in its own facilities and processes them into cable conductors. Copper cathode plates are melted at 1250 to 1300 °C and drawn by upcasting method to wire rods of 99.99% purity. Copper wire rods are drawn and stranded to any conductor sections required using latest production technologies in our facilities.

PVC, XLPE, PE and silicon ceramic insulation materials used in our cables are also produced in our own fully automated closed systems with formulas developed and know-how obtained through decades of experience. Pamukkale Kablo can also easily adapt to varying requirements and standards of its customers. Our quality control department meticulously checks and monitors every process and records material and process data of every product.

Medium and high voltage cables are produced using the renowned CDCC (Completely Dry Curing and Cooling) technology. These cables, which are used in extreme conditions and in places with high mechanical stresses, underground, in power centers, in switchgear facilities and in city networks, are shipped to our customers after being checked in our high-tech laboratories.
